Bruce Wampler, Ph.D. is founder and CEO of Object Central. 王思佳為露點照怒告7人慘敗訴 檢認定：不足以刺激性慾
36歲女星王思佳去年5月在「微風之夜」上為電影《死侍》站台，當天她穿著一襲黑色薄紗禮服站在台上，卻疑似因禮服滑落當場露點，被大批媒體拍攝到畫面。事後王思佳氣炸怒告媒體編輯等4名媒體人，還有在臉書上分享的3名網友，不過士林地檢署認為王思佳在微風之夜上表情自然，「不足以刺激性慾」，被告7人都獲不起訴好康報報發燒好康處分。 據《自由電子報》報導，王思佳因為自己的露點照被瘋傳，怒告4名媒體人及3名網友涉嫌散布猥褻物品及加重誹謗罪。不過檢方勘驗微風之夜當天影帶後，發現王思佳雖禮服下滑至乳頭部位，尚有薄紗外衣遮罩，僅隱約窺見疑似裸露，再加上當天她表情自然、行為優雅，並無猥褻動作，判定此影像屬於走光影、照片，不足以引起一般人厭惡感覺，無礙社會風化，「也不足以刺激或滿足性慾，非屬猥褻影像」，被告7人獲不起訴處分。對此，王思佳經紀人不回應。
